- PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data are processed for the purposes of registration, purchase through the online store and to exercise the rights and obligations arising between you and the business entity Miroslava Mikletičová (Herbs by Anna & Mirka), which operates the www.herbsbyannamirka.co website.
This includes the following personal data of the customer:
2.1 Identification data: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, customer address, delivery address, IP address of the customer.
2.2 Settings, such as customer account data, stored addresses and profiles, settings, shopping lists, items tracked, goods ratings and questionnaire replies;
2.3 Order data, which includes, in particular, data on goods and services ordered by the customer, delivery and payment methods, including payment account number, and data on complaints; the method of movement on the operator's website, IP address and its derived location, device identification, its technical parameters and also data obtained from cookies and similar technologies for device identification;
The legal reason for the processing of personal data is the consent hereby given to the administrator in the sense of:
- performance of the contract of Article 6 (6) 1 letter b) GDPR and fulfillment of the rights and obligations of the controller pursuant to Article 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR,
- Article 6(1)(a), a) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") for direct marketing purposes, unless goods have been ordered,
- the legitimate interest of the controller in conducting direct marketing pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR
The processing of personal data in the case of the purchase of goods through the online store is necessary for the performance of the contract for the purchase of goods and for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligation.
There is no automatic individual decision-making on the part of the controller within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

- RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data are processed for the time necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship (maximum 3 years from the termination of the contractual relationship) or until the consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn in writing addressed to the seller, by post, telephone or electronically to the e-mail herbsbyannamirka@gmail.com
