Studies have shown that the body uses 98% of liquid extracts and their assimilation takes 1 - 4 minutes, compared to only 39 - 53% from capsules or tablets, which take 20-30 minutes to break down before the body even begins to absorb them.

 The best way to get the active substances into the the systemic circulation is the Sublingual (under the tongue) administration of the tinctures. This method allows a greater amount of the active substance to enter the bloodstream more rapidly. The active substances enter directly into the systemic circulation through the network of blood and lymphatic vessels located in the tissue under the tongue, avoiding the first-pass metabolism, which decreases the active substances concentration, because the digestive system and the liver metabolize them, often so actively that only a small amount of them enter the systemic circulation. 

Herbs are complex substances that contain various plant components contained in cell walls protected by cellulose. Alcohol allows for one of the most effective extractions of medicinal properties contained in the plant. In addition to a longer shelf life, herbal tinctures are more concentrated than infusions, which allows for a smaller portion per dose. Our herbal tinctures are highly concentrated herbal extracts in an alcohol solution. We use high-quality Slovak alcohol in the range of 40% - 80%. 

SUGGESTED USE: The daily dose is equivalent to 1 drop per 1 kg of body weight divided into 2-3 doses. For example, with a total body weight of 60 kg, the dose is divided into 2 x 30 drops or 3 x 20 drops. We suggest placing the desired dose onto a tablespoon and add 1-2 teaspoons of water. Place the diluted tincture under your tongue and hold it there for at least 15-30 seconds. If this is too strong for you you can mix the desired dose with small glass of liquid and swallow. 

One 50 ml bottle contains approximately 1,000 drops and lasts approximately 16 days when taking 60 drops per day, or 20 drops 3 times a day.
