Preparation and use: A pinch between your fingers or 1 teaspoon of the herbal blend per cup (250 ml). Pour freshly boiled water, cover and let steep for 10-15 minutes under a lid, then strain and sip on ideally whilst it is still warm. For existing symptoms 3 cups a day. To support immunity, it is recommended to drink 1-2 cups a day during flu season or when the body’s immune system is weakened. If the symptoms persist longer than 1 week from the beginning of the use, a doctor or a qualified health care practitioner should be consulted.

Storage instructions: To maintain the high quality of our herbs, we recommend transferring them to an airtight glass container. Store in a cool, dark, dry place out of reach of children.

Warning: Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
