LOOSE LEAF HERBAL BLEND

Ingredients: Ground Elder (Aegopodium Podagraria), Calendula (Calendula Officinalis), Olive Leaf (Olea Europaea), Oregano (Origanum Vulgare), Lilac (Syringa Vulgaris), Field Horsetail (Equisetum Arvense), Moldavian Dragonhead (Dracocephalum Moldavica), Nettle Leaf (Urtica Dioica)

Preparation and use: A pinch between your fingers or 1 teaspoon of the herbal blend per cup (250 ml). Pour freshly boiled water, cover and let steep for 10-15 minutes under a lid, then strain and sip on ideally whilst it is still warm. 1-3 cups per day. 

Storage instructions: To maintain the high quality of our herbs, we recommend transferring them to an airtight glass container. Store in a cool, dark, dry place out of reach of children.

Warning: Do not take with medications for high blood pressure, heart and other cardiovascular problems. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
