Preparation and use:
The root should be consumed ground. It may be taken on its own or mixed into food.
2–3 times daily: 1 teaspoon of ground dandelion root + 1 teaspoon of water or high-quality olive oil. Mix everything into a paste and eat.
We recommend grinding it in a stainless steel coffee grinder only a few days in advance and storing the ground root in a dark glass container away from direct sunlight.
Storage recommendations:
To maintain the high quality of our herbs, we recommend transferring them to an airtight glass container. Store in a cool, dark, and dry place out of reach of children.
Warning: Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
