Preparation and use: A pinch between your fingers or 1 teaspoon of the herbal blend per cup (250 ml). Pour freshly boiled water, cover and let steep for 10-15 minutes under a lid, then strain and sip on ideally whilst it is still warm. For existing symptoms, a 3-week course of 3 cups per day is recommended, followed by a 2-3 week break. Maintenance dose of 1-2 cups per day for 2-3 weeks, followed by a 2-3 week break.

Storage instructions: To maintain the high quality of our herbs, we recommend transferring them to an airtight glass container. Store in a cool, dark, dry place out of reach of children.

Warning: If you are taking medication for thyroid problems, consult your doctor. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Hyperthyroidism and Graves' disease are serious medical conditions that require monitoring by a doctor — please consult a healthcare provider before using this blend, especially if you have been diagnosed with a thyroid condition, are taking thyroid medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are trying to conceive, as both of these herbs can measurably affect thyroid hormone levels and may interact with thyroid medication or fertility treatment.
