Preparation and use:
The seeds should be consumed ground. They may be taken on their own or mixed into food.
2–3 times daily: 1 teaspoon of ground milk thistle seeds + 1 teaspoon of water or high-quality olive oil. Mix everything into a paste and eat.
When grinding, it is important to follow these instructions:
Only grind enough seeds for a few days in advance, because milk thistle tends to react with air and sunlight and may lose some of its important active medicinal compounds. It should never come into contact with metal, as this may also destroy some of its active substances.
We recommend grinding them in a stainless steel coffee grinder only a few days in advance and storing the ground seeds in a dark glass container away from direct sunlight.
Storage recommendations:
To maintain the high quality of our herbs, we recommend transferring them to an airtight glass container. Store in a cool, dark, and dry place out of reach of children.
Warning: Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
