Preparation and use: A pinch between your fingers or 1 teaspoon of the herbal blend per cup (250 ml). Pour freshly boiled water, cover and let steep for 10-15 minutes under a lid, then strain and sip on ideally whilst it is still warm. A course of 1–4 weeks is recommended: 1 cup, 2–3 times daily, with a 1-week break after each week of use. It is important to drink 2–3 liters of water daily to properly flush the urinary tract.

Storage instructions: To maintain the high quality of our herbs, we recommend transferring them to an airtight glass container. Store in a cool, dark, dry place out of reach of children.

Warning: Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Consult a healthcare provider if you have kidney disease, a diagnosed prostate condition, or are taking diuretic or blood pressure and heart medication. Do not take with medications for high blood pressure, heart and other cardiovascular problems.
